Shipping, return and exchange
Dear Moeon friends,
Thank you for supporting us and our sustainable brands in such large numbers! And not just on site, but also in our online store! We launched it during the Corona period and have changed and optimized a lot since then. Nevertheless, there are still occasional disruptions, such as errors in the online stock, items being sold out due to low quantities or overlaps between sales in our store and online. Such cases are rare, but they do happen. This is because, as a small company with a small team, we cannot process the online store and its orders on a daily basis. Shipping:
Please note that we are a small company. We do our best, but we can only send parcels twice a week. We hope that your shopping experience will not be affected by this.
- We ship within Germany and Europe with DPD.
- From an order value of 200€ the shipping is free
- Up to 5 kg in Germany - 5,90 €
- Up to 2 kg to Denmark, France, Luxembourg, Netherlands,Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic - 9,90€
- Up to 2 kg to Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Ireland, Italy, Poland - €15.00
- Up to 2 kg to Finland, Greece, Iceland, Latvia, Lithuania, Malta, Norway, Croatia, Estonia, Faroe Islands - €18.00
- Up to 2 kg to Switzerland - 15.90
- Up to 2 kg to Great Britain - 15.90
- Up to 5 kg to the USA - 49.90
- All shipments are insured If an item is not in stock or delivery is delayed, we will inform you immediately.
If, through no fault of our own, we are unable to deliver the ordered goods because our supplier fails to meet his contractual obligations, we expressly reserve the right to withdraw from the purchase contract.
If payment is made in advance, the stated delivery times apply (within 2-4 working days) from receipt of payment in our account. For all other payments, we will dispatch the goods within 2-4 working days of receipt of the order.
Returns & Exchanges: We pay for your return/exchange within Germany.
You must pay for returns from abroad yourself.
Beauty products: sale items and gift vouchers are excluded from exchange.
You can return the goods to us within 14 days of receipt without giving any reason.

You can download your return label there after entering a few details. You can drop off your parcel at any DPD point near you.
International customers please return your order within 14 days of receipt to our shipping address:
Moeon, Dieffenbachstr.12 10967 Berlin.
The goods must be unworn or unused and can be returned to us within 2 weeks of receipt.
The products must be packed in the original packaging (this only applies in the case of a timely withdrawal), in addition, the original shipping packaging or an equally damage-proof packaging should be used so that the original packaging of the product is not damaged.
All parts belonging to the product must be included.
Once we have received the return, we will send the money back to you within 2-4 days via the payment provider that was used to pay for the order. If you have chosen ‘bank transfer’ as your payment method, please send us an email with your bank details to: service@moeon.de.
