Shipping

Please note that we are a small company.

We do our best, but can only ship packages 2 times per week. We hope this will not affect your shopping experience.

  • We ship within Germany and Europe with DPD.
  • Up to 5 kg in Germany - 3,90 €
  • Up to 2 kg in Europe - 9,90 €
  • Up to 2 kg to Switzerland - 13,90
  • All shipments are insured.

If an item is not in stock or the delivery is delayed, we will inform you immediately.

Should we, through no fault of our own, not be able to deliver the ordered goods because our supplier does not fulfill his contractual obligations, we expressly reserve the right to withdraw from the purchase contract.

In case of payment in advance, the stated delivery times apply (within 2-4 working days) from receipt of money on our account.

For all other payments, we ship the goods, within 2-4 business days after receipt of the order.

Return & Exchange

  • We pay for their return / exchange within Germany
  • For returns from abroad you have to pay yourself.
  • Beauty products and gift vouchers are excluded from exchange.
  • If you want to return an order, please fill out the enclosed return form and stick the enclosed return label on the outside of your package.

Within 4 weeks after receipt of the goods, you can return them to us without giving any reason. The shipping label for the return is attached to the package, usually. You can drop off your package at any DPD Point near you. If the return shipping label is missing, please contact us at: service@moeon.de.

International customers please return their order within 4 weeks after receipt to our shipping address:

Moeon, Dieffenbachstr.12 10967 Berlin.

  • Items must be unworn or unused and can be returned to us within 2 weeks of receipt.
  • The products must be packed in the original packaging (this only applies in the case of a timely cancellation), in addition, the original shipping packaging or an equally damage-proof packaging should be used so that the original packaging of the product is not damaged.
  • All parts belonging to the product must be included.

Once we receive the return, we will send the money back to you within 2-4 days,via the payment provider that was used to pay for the order with us. Credit card companies usually take a few days to process the money order.
