Cancellation policy
Right of withdrawal
You have the right to cancel the purchase contract with us ( Moeon ) within 30 days, without giving any reason.
Our right of return is valid for 30 days. If your purchase is more than 30 days ago, unfortunately we can not offer you a refund or exchange.
The withdrawal period is 30 days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, has or has taken possession of the last goods.
To comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient that you send the notice of exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiry of the withdrawal period.
To be eligible for return, your item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it. The item must also be in its original packaging.
Some items are completely excluded from return. We do not accept products that are intimate or hygiene items, or perishable beuaty products.
Furthermore, the following items cannot be returned:
* Gift Certificates
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not return the purchased items to the manufacturer.
In certain situations, only partial refunds will be issued (if applicable)
* Items that are no longer in original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
* Items returned after 30 days from delivery.
Once your refund has been approved, it will be processed. A credit will then be automatically issued to the original payment method after a few days.
We may refuse to refund you until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.
Late or Missing Refunds:
If you have not yet received a refund, first double check your bank account.
Then contact your credit card company. It may take some time for your refund to be credited.
Next, contact your bank. There is often a processing time before a refund is posted to your account.

Refunds can only be issued for regular priced items, unfortunately offer items are excluded from refunds.
Exchanges :
Exchanges will only be granted for defective or damaged items. If you would like to exchange an item for the same item, please email us at service@moeon.de and send the item to: Schönleinstr. 10, Berlin, 10967, Germany.
If the item was not marked as a gift or sent to the gift-giving person at the time of purchase, a refund will be made to the gift-giving person and the gift-giving person will be notified of the return.
Shipping
To return your product, you should send your product to: Schönleinstr. 10, Berlin, Berlin, 10967, Germany.
You have to pay the shipping costs for the return of your item within Germany, not yourself. Shipping costs are not refundable. If you receive a refund, the shipping costs for the Hinsendung will be deducted from your refund.
The time it takes for the exchanged item to reach you may vary depending on the country you reside in.
